Israeli soldiers stormed, overnight Monday and at dawn Tuesday, several areas of the occupied West Bank, detaining at least fifteen Palestinian civilians, including former prisoners and injuring several others who protesting the invasions, Quds Press reported.

Israeli forces detained Jaber Odeh, from Kafr Thulth town, south of Qalqilia city in the northern West Bank, and Shadi Mahmoud Jarrar from Kafr Laqif village, east of the city, while he was attempting to pass through a military roadblock on the Qalqilia-Nablus road.

Also in the northern West Bank, in Sir town, south of Jenin city, soldiers invaded and ransacked a civilian home before detaining Mahmoud Hamdan Ali Irsheid, 60 and his son Nasrallah.

In Ya’bad town, west of Jenin, soldiers stormed the home of current detainee Munadil Nafaat, one of the six who escaped Gilboa prison in September, and interrogated his family members.

In the northeastern West Bank city of Tubas, occupation forces stormed and searched civilian homes, before detaining three Palestinians, identified as; Imran Jawad Maslamani, Alaa Ziyad Maslamani, and Adham Atef Daraghmeh.

During the invasion, the army opened fire at youths who resisted, shooting and injuring six young men, one of whom was seriously injured after soldiers shot him in the chest with live round.

Soldiers detained former prisoner Izzat al-Aqtash from Beita town, south of Nablus, in the northern West Bank.

Additionally, soldiers stormed the Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus and summoned Palestinian official Rasmi Arafat for interrogation after invading and ransacking his home and threatening his family members.

The army stormed Al-Amari refugee camp in al-Biereh, in central West Bank and detained a former detainee identified as; Mahmoud Al-Dasht, in addition to Ahmed Al-Toukhi, after invading their homes.

Several youths protested the invasion, which soldiers responded to by opening fire with live rounds, shooting and injuring a 17-year-old in the foot with a .22 caliber bullet.

The minor was transferred to hospital for medical treatment.

In the southern West Bank town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, soldiers detained Suleiman Jawdat Bahr, Saeed Muhammad Mahmoud Al-Alami, in addition to the former prisoner Ammar Abu Maria.

Lastly, the army invade the Halhoul town and detained Anan Musa Al-Hajj, and Yatta town, south of Hebron, detaining another.
